AreaMap: Measure Land & Acres

À propos

AreaMap measures the area and perimeter of any piece of land from a crisp satellite map. Tap the corners of a field, yard or lot, or walk the boundary with GPS, and see the size instantly in acres, hectares, square feet or square meters. MEASURE BY TAPPING Search for an address, a place or coordinates, then tap the corners. Drag any corner to adjust it, add a point on any side, and undo or redo as you go. Side lengths are labeled on the map. WALK THE BOUNDARY WITH GPS Walk or drive around the edge and AreaMap records your path, even with the screen locked. Pause when you need to, and the shape closes when you finish. MORE THAN AREA • Distance: measure fence runs, roads and property lines • Circle: size up a pivot, a pond or a radius • Marker: drop a pin and copy its exact coordinates • Satellite, hybrid and standard maps, plus 3D views SEE IT BEFORE YOU GO Look around at street level wherever Apple has imagery, or tilt into a 3D view of the land. ESTIMATE MATERIALS Work out fence posts and rails, sod, seed, mulch, soil, gravel and concrete from the shape you measured. SAVE, REPORT AND EXPORT • Save measurements with names, notes, color groups and photos • Share a PDF report with a map, scale, side lengths, coordinates, material estimates and photos • Export KML for Google Earth, GPX, GeoJSON, CSV or a map image Built for farmers, landowners, hunters, real estate agents, landscapers, fencing and construction crews, and anyone who needs to know how big a piece of land is. IN YOUR LANGUAGE AreaMap is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Turkish, Indonesian, Thai, Romanian and Ukrainian, and shows hectares and meters wherever they're the norm.
