Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, place an order, or contact support. This may include your name, delivery details such as neighborhood, street, and landmark, and other profile information you choose to add.

We collect order information, including the restaurant, items ordered, prices in francs CFA, delivery details, and order status.

We do not collect payment card information because payment is made in cash at the restaurant upon delivery.

We use the information we collect to create and manage your account, process your orders, coordinate delivery with the restaurant, and send you order status updates.

We use your delivery details to help the restaurant or delivery personnel find the requested location.

We use your information to provide customer support and respond to your requests.

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.

The app may request foreground location access only when a restaurant owner chooses to place or update the restaurant on the Bangui map, or when a client chooses to display nearby restaurants and distances. Location is used only while the app is open for that feature; Bangui Délices does not track location in the background, continuously monitor users, or keep a location history. You can refuse or later revoke this permission in your device settings.

The app may send transactional order-status notifications through Bloxks on behalf of Bangui Délices when you allow notifications. These notifications are used to communicate order activity and are not advertising or marketing messages.

• Location: foreground only, when you choose map or nearby-restaurant features; no background tracking.
• Contacts: not accessed.
• Health: not accessed.
• Photo Library: accessed only if you choose to upload an image.
• Notifications: transactional order updates through Bloxks when permission is granted.

We share your order and delivery details with the restaurant you select so that the restaurant can prepare and deliver your order.

We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating the app, such as hosting or customer support, only as necessary to perform those services.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not integrate third-party advertising or analytics in the app.

We retain account and order information for as long as your account remains active or as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, except where retention is required by applicable law.

You can access and update your profile information within the app.

You can request correction or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at vacantealexandre@icloud.com.

The app supports account deletion. You can delete your account from within the app or by contacting our support email. Deleting your account will remove your profile and order history in accordance with our retention practices.

You can choose whether to grant photo library permission. You can change this permission later in your device settings.

Bangui Délices is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Bangui Délices collects the name, telephone number, email address, delivery address, restaurant and dish photos, account identifier, and order history. These data are used only to operate the application, process orders, coordinate delivery, provide order tracking, and support account management.

The application does not use advertising, tracking, analytics, or the sale of personal data. Order and delivery information is shared only with the restaurant concerned. The application is hosted using Supabase. Payment is made in cash, and Bangui Délices does not collect or process bank or card data.

You may delete your account from the Settings section of the application or by contacting Alexandre Vacante by email. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP / nLPD).
