We collect information you provide directly, such as when you create an account, contact us, or use interactive features.

The types of information we may collect include:

• Account information, such as your email address, username, and password or other authentication credentials.
• Learning activity, such as your progress through lessons and topics, saved content, and preferences.
• Subscription and transaction information, such as subscription status and transaction identifiers. We do not collect full payment card details.
• Communications you send to us, such as support requests or feedback.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the app's features and content.
• Manage your account and authenticate you.
• Process subscriptions and provide access to premium content.
• Save and display your learning progress and preferences.
• Respond to your support requests and inquiries.

The app may request access to your microphone to enable audio features you choose to use. It may also request foreground location access for location-based functionality. Location data may include precise latitude and longitude and may be sent to our server when the related feature is used. We do not use background location tracking.

The app does not access your camera, photo library, contacts, or health information unless a future feature clearly requests that permission. Microphone and location data are used only to provide the feature that requires them and are not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

You can grant, deny, or later revoke microphone and location permissions through your device settings. Denying or revoking a permission may limit the related feature.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

We use service providers to operate the app, including hosting and database providers, payment and subscription services, notification delivery services, and third-party AI providers when an AI-powered feature is used. Depending on the feature, user-provided text, audio, location data, or other content may be processed by the provider needed to deliver that feature. These providers may process information only to provide services to us, subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app's services. When you delete your account or request deletion, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution.

You may access, update, or correct account information through the app or by contacting us. You may withdraw microphone, location, or notification permissions through your device settings; doing so may limit related features.

The app does not currently provide an in-app account-deletion control. To request deletion of your account and personal data, email irchad.hsni@gmail.com from the address associated with the account and include the requester's account email. We may request reasonable verification before processing the request.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or app data.

The app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it.

This Privacy Policy is publicly accessible without signing in at the privacy URL provided by La Langue des Ghuraba.

The app does not currently provide an in-app account-deletion control. To request deletion without signing in, email irchad.hsni@gmail.com from the address associated with the account and include the account email and a clear request to delete the account and associated personal data. We may request reasonable verification before processing the request.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize the account information and learning data that we control within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal retention requirements, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting obligations, and any data that must be retained by law. An active Google Play or Apple subscription is not canceled automatically and must be managed separately through the relevant app store.

Some app features use third-party artificial intelligence services. When you use one of those features, the app may send the text, audio, or other content needed to produce the requested result. The provider processes that information to return the result to the app; it is not used by us for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Do not submit information that you do not want processed by the relevant AI provider. AI-generated results may be imperfect and should be reviewed before you rely on them.

The app may request permission to send notifications. If you grant permission, we may use local reminders and server-delivered notifications for learning reminders, account or service messages, and other app activity you have enabled.

You can allow, deny, or later disable notifications in your device settings. Notification delivery may require a device or push token to be stored with your account so the notification can reach your device.
