Cold Call Pro Sales Dialer

À propos

Cold Call Pro Sales Dialer helps cold callers organize leads and work through sales calling sessions from their iPhone. Build prospect lists, track your daily dial goal, record call outcomes, and keep notes and follow-ups together. BUILD AND MANAGE LEAD LISTS • Add leads individually or import contacts from a CSV file. • Search leads by name, company, or outcome. • Filter by status, organize leads into lists, and track list progress. • Shuffle a list or export it when needed. RUN FOCUSED CALLING SESSIONS • Start a session from a selected lead list and move through the queue. • Use the Auto Call option and adjust call pacing, pauses between calls, calling days, and phone country settings. • Call a lead from their contact card. • Record outcomes such as No Answer, Voicemail, Callback, Interested, or Not Interested. • Add call notes, use a call script, and open the next lead after saving an outcome. MANAGE FOLLOW-UPS • See upcoming callbacks and follow-ups in one queue. • Review due calls and mark follow-ups done. • Set outcome-based reminders for your next attempt. • Prepare text and email follow-up templates. TRACK YOUR CALLING ACTIVITY • View call attempts, connected conversations, and recorded outcomes. • Review weekly call activity, call patterns, daily goals, and streaks. KEEP IMPORTANT LEAD CONTEXT CLOSE • View a lead’s recent outcome and notes while preparing for the next call. • Set calling windows and time-zone preferences. • Maintain a personal Do Not Call list. The in-app Do Not Call list is a personal suppression tool. It does not check phone numbers against national registries, including the U.S. National Do Not Call Registry, Canada’s National DNCL, the UK’s Telephone Preference Service (TPS), or Australia’s Do Not Call Register. You are responsible for ensuring your calls comply with applicable requirements.
