Bloxks Content Rewards

Program terms and legal

This page is an informational translation. Only the French version is legally binding.

Version 2026-09-17, in force as of September 17, 2026

Key points

  • The program is open to adult creators established in France, with or without a professional status.
  • Every paid video is a commercial communication: the label “Publicité” or “Collaboration commerciale” is mandatory.
  • You are paid on views verified by Bloxks, at the rate set by the campaign, by Stripe transfer.
  • A campaign’s financial terms are frozen as soon as a creator joins it.
  • You keep ownership of your videos. Your bank details and ID are handled by Stripe and never stored by Bloxks.

1. Purpose and applicable documents

These terms (the “Terms”) govern participation in the Bloxks Content Rewards program (the “Program”), which pays content creators for videos published on their own TikTok, Instagram or YouTube accounts as part of campaigns offered by Bloxks.

The Program is operated by Alan Weckerlin, sole trader operating under the trade name “Bloxks”, 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France, SIRET 994 424 331 00019 (“Bloxks”). Contact: support@bloxks.app.

These Terms are specific to the Program. They supplement the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the Bloxks platform, which still apply to your Bloxks account. In case of conflict on a Program matter, these Terms prevail. Each campaign also sets its own specific conditions (brief, platforms, dates, rate, threshold, cap), which form part of the contract for that campaign and, on the points they cover, prevail over these Terms.

2. Who can take part

  • Be an adult (18 or older).
  • Be established in France. A professional status (micro-entrepreneur, sole trader or company) is not required: if you have one, you can add your business name and SIREN or SIRET number.
  • Publish from accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and follow each platform’s rules.
  • Not have been excluded from the Program for breaching these Terms.

You sign up from the creator space by accepting the current version of the Terms: this electronic acceptance is a valid signature (articles 1366 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Bloxks keeps the accepted version and its date. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Nature of the relationship

You act independently. The Program creates no subordination, employment contract, agency, partnership or exclusivity between you and Bloxks. You remain free to choose your editorial line, your schedule and to work with other brands, including competitors, unless a campaign expressly provides otherwise against payment.

Under French Law No. 2023-451 of June 9, 2023, you carry out a commercial influence activity and Bloxks acts as the advertiser. These Terms, accepted electronically and supplemented by each campaign page, constitute the written contract required by article 8 of that law once annual remuneration for the same promotional objective reaches €1,000 excluding VAT (Decree No. 2025-1137 of November 28, 2025). They set out the parties’ identity, the nature of the services, the remuneration terms, rights in the content and the governing law.

4. Your transparency obligations

Every video published in a campaign is a commercial communication. Under article 5 of Law No. 2023-451, you must disclose it with the label “Publicité” or “Collaboration commerciale”, clear, legible and identifiable on the video for the whole duration of the promotion. A hashtag buried in the caption is not enough.

You also turn on the platform’s disclosure tool:

You also agree to:

  • make no false or misleading claims about Bloxks, its features, prices or expected results (articles L121-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code);
  • not present your Program earnings in an exaggerated or unverifiable way;
  • not specifically target minors, and comply with the promotion bans set by Law No. 2023-451;
  • only publish content you hold the rights to (music, images, people filmed with their consent);
  • follow the campaign brief and each platform’s community rules.

Breaching these obligations primarily exposes the author of the post: the law provides criminal penalties and platforms may remove or restrict the video. It is also grounds for rejecting the video in the Program.

5. Submitting and approving videos

You submit each video link from your creator space. Each video is reviewed by a person on the Bloxks team, solely against the campaign brief and these Terms. If it is rejected, the reason is shown in your space. A given link can only be submitted once, across all creators. Unless the campaign brief says otherwise, the same video may be posted on several accepted platforms (for example TikTok, Instagram and YouTube): each post is then submitted separately. A video must be submitted within 30 minutes of posting, from an account you have linked and verified: after that, your space does not accept it. If you could not submit it in time for reasons beyond your control, contact support: the team can add it manually.

No approval, rejection or payment decision is based solely on automated processing (article 22 GDPR). You can challenge a decision by writing to support@bloxks.app: it will be reviewed by a person.

6. Views, earnings and caps

  • Only views shown by the platform’s public counter, recorded and verified by Bloxks, count. Each reading is dated and kept with its evidence.
  • Only views recorded during the counting window are taken into account. The window starts on each video’s posting date and lasts the number of days set by the campaign (for example 30 days): after that, the video’s views are no longer counted.
  • Your earnings are calculated at the campaign rate (for example $1 per 1,000 verified views), up to the maximum earnings per video (max payout) and the campaign’s total budget. Once either is reached, additional views are no longer paid.
  • Earnings recorded on a verified reading are yours to keep, even if the counter drops or the video is later deleted, except in case of fraud (section 7).
  • If a platform hides the counter, deletes the video or blocks playback, only readings already verified count.

As soon as a first creator joins a campaign, Bloxks can no longer change its currency, rate, threshold, max payout per video, dates, platforms or brief, and its budget can only increase. Bloxks may pause or close a campaign: earnings already verified remain due.

7. Fraud and artificial views

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • buying views, likes or followers, and using bots, click farms or engagement groups;
  • submitting videos belonging to other creators, or reposting the same content on the same platform to multiply earnings;
  • using several creator profiles for the same person or business;
  • any manipulation of counters or reading evidence.

In case of proven fraud or serious breach, Bloxks may reject the videos concerned, cancel the resulting unpaid earnings, suspend the creator profile and request repayment of sums unduly received (article 1302 of the French Civil Code). You are informed of the facts and may respond before any final decision.

8. Payments

Payments go through Stripe Connect. To get paid, you create your Stripe account from your creator space, on a sign-up page hosted by Stripe. In doing so you accept the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which binds you directly to Stripe. Stripe verifies your identity and bank details under its own legal obligations: Bloxks receives neither your IBAN nor your ID document.

  • Each video is reviewed for 5 days after you submit it: its earnings only become payable once that review is over.
  • Each calendar month (Paris time), payments unlock as soon as your reviewed earnings reach €10 (or $10 for a dollar campaign). Below that amount, your earnings are kept and count toward the next month.
  • Once the month is unlocked, you choose when you get paid: the “Receive” button in your creator space starts the payment of your reviewed earnings, one payment at a time per currency.
  • Before you confirm, a window shows your earnings, any conversion, the service fee and the exact amount you will receive. Nothing goes out until you confirm.
  • You are paid in your bank account’s currency. If the campaign uses another currency, your earnings are converted at the European Central Bank reference rate on the payment day, fixed when you confirm.
  • Bloxks keeps a 3% service fee on each payment, calculated on the converted amount and rounded down to the cent. It covers in particular payout processing costs. Fees charged by your own bank are your responsibility.
  • The net amount is transferred to your Stripe account, then paid out to your bank account. Arrival time then depends on your bank (usually a few business days).
  • Bloxks may temporarily pause payments (technical incident, ongoing check, legal obligation). Earnings remain due and payments resume once the pause ends.

9. Invoicing, taxes and social contributions

You alone are responsible for your tax and social obligations. Sums received are income that you declare according to your situation: for example your turnover to URSSAF if you are a micro-entrepreneur, or in your income tax return if you have no professional status. Bloxks does not check your status.

  • If you have a professional status, each payment is linked to an invoice that complies with business-to-business invoicing rules (URSSAF guide “Rédiger une facture”). Practical details are given to you before your first payment.
  • If you benefit from the VAT franchise, the invoice bears the mention “TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI” (Service Public Entreprendre, impots.gouv.fr). If you charge VAT, campaign amounts are exclusive of VAT.
  • Bloxks provides no tax or social security advice. If in doubt, contact the authorities or a professional.
  • Where required by law, Bloxks may report information about sums paid to the competent authorities.

10. Rights in the videos

You keep ownership of your videos. For the duration of the campaign and 12 months after it ends, you allow Bloxks, free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis, to feature your submitted and approved videos: display their link and thumbnail, embed them (through the platforms’ official players) and quote their public statistics on bloxks.app, credited with your display name.

Any other use (paid ads using your video, reposting on Bloxks accounts, editing, use outside the website) requires your prior written consent and, where applicable, separate payment. As an exception, Bloxks may, without your consent or additional payment, use short excerpts of your submitted videos to present the Program, including on its social media accounts, provided that all of the following apply: each excerpt lasts 15 seconds at most; the video is never shown in full; the excerpt is shown alongside other videos, before, after or at the same time (for example in an edit or compilation); and it appears briefly, for illustration, without being featured or shown in detail. These excerpts may appear in paid ads promoting the Bloxks Content Program, never in ads for Bloxks’ app-building service. You can ask at any time for a featured video to be removed: this is done within a reasonable time, without affecting edits already published.

You hold Bloxks harmless against any third-party claim related to the content of your videos (copyright, image rights, music), unless the issue comes from material supplied by Bloxks in the brief.

11. Term, withdrawal and suspension

You can leave the Program at any time by writing to support@bloxks.app. Earnings verified before you leave remain payable under section 8, provided your Stripe account is active. Your published videos stay on your accounts: it is up to you whether to keep them online, with the commercial collaboration label.

Bloxks may end the Program or your participation with reasonable notice, or without notice in case of serious breach (section 7). Verified earnings not affected by fraud remain due.

12. Liability

Bloxks is not liable for platform decisions (removal, reduced reach, account suspension, counter changes) or for outages at Stripe or banks. The Program guarantees no volume of views and no minimum income. Nothing in these Terms excludes a party’s liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

13. Personal data (GDPR)

Bloxks is the controller of the processing described below, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978. This supplements the platform’s Privacy Policy.

What Bloxks does not collect. Your ID document, date of birth and bank details are entered directly with Stripe, which processes them as a controller for its own obligations (identity verification, anti-money laundering and fraud prevention), under its Privacy Policy. Bloxks does not access your TikTok, Instagram or YouTube accounts either: only the public information of submitted videos is consulted.

Authorized members of the Bloxks team; Stripe for payments; the hosting and database providers listed in the platform’s Privacy Policy, bound by contract (article 28 GDPR); administrative or judicial authorities where required by law. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

14. Changes to the Terms

Bloxks may update these Terms. Each new version has a number and a date, and must be accepted from your creator space before joining a new campaign. The financial terms of campaigns you already take part in do not change (section 6).

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. If a problem arises, first write to support@bloxks.app so we can look for an amicable solution. Failing agreement within 30 days, the dispute, being between professionals, is brought before the competent courts of Paris. The French version of these Terms prevails.
